Competition Style Pork Ribs
This video shows the process I follow for producing Competition Style Pork Ribs. I don’t go through the specific rubs and sauces but I do cover every stage that I go through. I mainly cook Baby Backs or more accurately Loun Back Ribs. I buy them from Costco, they have too much loin meat on them, so I trim them down. The loin can dry out very easily.
The Ribs don’t look like those in the USA, so we have to make do with smaller pigs and our spare Ribs having no belly meat.
