Texas Brisket Instructional Video

I’ve put together an indepth 30 minute, Texas Brisket Instructional Video. In the video I’ve covered everything from trimming, rubbing, cooking and slicing. This was a Sher Wagyu Fullblood Brisket that was smoked on my Yoder YS640 Pellet Grill. This is my way of doing Brisket, it might not be right for some but gets me great results
